The story

Why I went solo

Five years ago I decided to build something of my own. Running a one-person consultancy means wearing every hat — delivering the actual work while winning the next project — and it has taught me more than any employer could.

The reward has been working with clients I'm genuinely proud of: 3.5 years with the Nordics' largest airline loyalty program, and earlier engagements with a global music streaming service and a number of other inspiring companies. Each engagement pushed me, sharpened my craft, and reminded me why I love this work.

Before going independent I consulted for Salesforce partners across Stockholm — Wipro, Stretch and Avaus — implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions. And before that, roles in planning and logistics at GE HealthCare taught me the data discipline I still apply to every marketing database I touch.
